Hi Qwerty,
What you have to consider here is that most if not all of the ground work for the countersuit has been already prepared ,this cost has been met from the pockets of both Harry and Rick ,I have talked with Rick on the phone about an hour ago and they have every intention of seeing this through to the bitter end , secondly most of these allegations in the completed report have been presented to the court on Monday and the judge must have felt that they require further
hearing ,otherwise the 18a judgement would have called for immediate repayment of the 300k .
