Now we have a deal! I would like to see the financial terms so we can see if this deal will forestall delisting of Cortex by NASDAQ. It is also interesting that the deal covers depression and schizophrenia but not alzheimer's. The release seems to suggest that the company may be looking for another partner on the memory/cognitive indications. I hope that they are now able to step up the pace of the trials. It has been far too long without any news of results, good, bad or otherwise. -Michael
