Just got off the phone with John. Just to clear up a few things that have been discussed here and RB. First off we will be a Delaware company not a Nevada co. Insider Trading: they are expanding the office at Garden City. They are trying to rent the floor right above them. They have 12 more trading terminals ordered . Said they have been having to turn people away at the door. Also we just opened another business office at park av. phone number is 212 590 2361. this is to help with IT business. Florida office well be opened as soon as the terminals are ready. They are waiting on the delivery of the terminals .Also been problems getting the right type of phone lines installed in the building to handle the relaying needed in order for people to trade. John explained that a lot of the new business that IT has been getting is people that have had problems with service going down and they can't make their trades properly. So he wants to be sure we have the best equiptment in the trading rooms without any unnecessary down time during trading hours. NHLT AND PRWT: We are paying all of their bills right now and in return we will have all of their revenues from the powerX and Longsport scanner when it gets FDA approval. NHLT will get royalites. FDA approval should be sometime in FEB. Right now NHLT is making no money so this a negative on the books. John doesn't think it will be this way for long and feels both companies will profit from this alliances. I don't think from the way he spoke that we will be merging with NHLT. We will be going on line in a big way this month. And when all this is in place we will hold a shareholders meeting on the net. They will have cameras located in each office and all heads of each division of the company will be on hand to answer question any of the shareholders have at that time. It will be totally interactive. He is hoping this will be completed by end of this month. yes he will also be there to answer any and all questions. John is also going to Costa Rica the end of this month. Something is going on with a bank down there. Not sure about all of that so won't comment on what he said to me. I of course asked why no pr's . he said that they will be releasing pr a bunch at one time. No time frame on when. he said his lawyer has been taking his time on getting some of the paper work needed and that he planned on staying on his case till he got his job done. He said he had already been on the phone with him 7 times today and planned to keep on his tail till he got everything completed. (was pissed at the lawyer). John also said that if everything falls in to place like he has planned we should be on the nasdaq a lot sooner than some think. He said that each thing he is doing right now is steps to become fully listed ASAP.
