T0 AJUNKH: i DON'T AGREE--IF YOU TRIED TO GET THEM BY PHONE AND ONLINE, DON'T THEY HAVE AN OBLIGATION TO ENSURE THEIR LINES ARE OPEN SOMEWHERE--sorry about the caps--i'm still smarting from etrade having screwed me by denying access--I suppose somewhere in the fine print it says they're not responsible but they should be---JERKS!!
