Keep one thing in mind..every complaint that get to them in written form will cost them thousands to prove innocents. They get enough complaints....it gets cheaper to hire qualified people and mechanical support.

When I held a Banking license...If I had a complaint from the state....I had to pay for their investigative cost regardless of innocents or guilt. Lucky nobody I pissed off knew that....yuk/yuk.
