Aw, your just sore that I advised you to get out of GNET $100,000 early. <G>
I first started posting on this thread last summer, mostly questions concerning gap stratagies, and then posts to share my learning experiences. In all the time I've hung out here, Scott has always handled multiple posts in the same way. He usually lists how many boards the person has posted to and asks them to take us off their mailing list. If someone chooses to keep on being a pest (no names here, mind you, but you NUOA who I mean), then they're fair targets for our infantile wit.
Bear in mind that our esteemed "club member" Mr. Kim only started posting here around November (I think). It only took about two picks for everyone to say "Hey, this guy is making us money".
If it seems that the number of those posts has increased of late, I suspect that it's because more people have bookmarked the thread, and consequently more junk mail gets sent.
Any thread that wants to maintain the quality of it's postings, and therefore be of any value to it's readers must have some kind of policy towards spammers. Here's one from Rande Is Home:
If any are merely on the FISHING thread to hype their OTC du jour, then we will begin to take notes and keep score of results of the picks presented here. This way everyone gets a reputation.
As you can see, I will not stand for nonsense here. It is HARD to make money on the stock market and we do not need any more distractions than we already have.
Sorry if this offends anyone. . .but I set the ground rules in the thread header.
Thanks,
Rande Is
Even though I don't agree with your perception of what's going on here, I'm glad you felt that you could make the criticsm.
