Eric, This is where all the fun began! I guess that Hemlo was looking for a deposit with over 1 mln ozs. Glimmer Resources Inc reported that the company was unable to conclude an agreement with a third party before November 30th to obtain financing for the purchase of Hemlo's 60% interest in the Hislop/Beatty joint ventured property. Hemlo can now sell its interest to a third party, or present and carry out another acceptable exploration program in 1996, unless a mutually acceptable agreement can be reach by the joint venture owners beforehand - press release (December 1/95).
