My guess is that Blum wouldn't sell even for D&M's $20m. He's probably in this company because he expects a humongous payoff. A mere $20m wouldn't do it.

You say D&M is under pressure to improve their stock price. Buyers usually go down in price. If D&M bought CXI natural law says they'd go down in price. On top of that, an outsider that hasn't been through the wars with CXI would think D&M is loony for buying CXI. Go try to sell the CXI dream to hardnosed skeptics. Nah, I don't think there's a sale to D&M in the near future.
