Take it up with their inquiries department. Something similar happened to me two weeks ago with Ameritrade and they improved a sell fill by 1/4 after a review of the tape and time placement of the order. It depends on their volume at the time because some orders take longer to get to the floor....but your first market order shouldn't have taken that long!
