Frank I totally agree with you. What I find very puzzling, is we were informed months ago that the committee was sending a letter out to all the share holders to inform them on the direction of the co. and also tell us when we could expect to convert are restricted stock to free trading. The next thing we here after a long wait is the committee had to send the share holders letter to the SEC for approval. I would think that the committee has legal council to direct them in the correct direction to satisfy the SEC requirements so the share holders could receive the information that we are waiting for.
