I am sure that says something very interesting about you psychologically, but what I meant was- What specifically about the commercials makes the prospect of an abortion sound like something you would want so badly, that you would get pregnant to do it. Which was what you said. Unless somehow the commercials promote vagina envy- and if that is the case please provide examples.
