Mr.X.....

Possible scenario...IPO first day of marketwatch hits 54...
End of first week of trading up to 120+...

Why? simply supply and demand...2,750,000 shrs in float. 10,000,000 os. DBCC averaging over 24,000,000 trades past week is testament to demand.

What happens pretty quickly to satiate demand? 3 for 1 split.....

Though still only 7,500,000 in float. Stock post split go quickly from over 40 to 90.....since float still is very very tight.

Voila, MKTW even justifies CNBC's incorrect analysis regarding valuation for DBC....I say incorrect because CNBC's model doesn't factor in the revenue impact of MKTW upon DBC's bottomline sufficiently (if at all) and doesn't recognize that DBC's last reporting Quarter reflected the final phases of a transitory period in the company's history into an internet centric provider of services.

Impossible? Seen it already happen with other "leaders"

We will all just have to wait and see....

btw- good luck to anyone who gets MKTW shares on the openning day....if you try to get MKTW shares be very very careful with your orders....plus don't get caught up in the chase.
