CORX stock is still very cheap....for anyone new to it this is a REAL company...there was impotant news today, See it here biz.yahoo.com (Cortex Licenses Ampakine Rights to Organon for Schizophrenia and Depression) CORX is NASDAQ listed, not bulletin board garbage(true the listing is in jeapordy but I don't think the new partner will allow that to happen). CORX has been featured on CNBC, covered by Joe Kernan in the past, been on NBC nightly news TWICE and featured on a MSNBC news report, all in the last year...that is a real company, not a fly by night operation...this stock was trading above 7 dollars not to long ago before they ran into some financial difficulty...but think about it! They just got a multi billion dollar partner and the agreement does NOT cover ampakiene use for Alzhiemers!!!! They will get another agreement for that, which will involve more cash.....CORX will meet all Nasdaq listing requirements with the stock above one dollar....I think the new partners will buy some stock to get it there....after all, they would like to protect their new investment, right? Also, why would you sign deals with a company about to be delisted? It is no secret. You only do it because you KNOW they won't get delisted...at 75 cents this is a steal of a deal. Is there risk? Of course! Anything can happen, BUT you could spend $3750 to buy 5000 shares and risk a total loss to zero, or a return to 7 dollars and make 31,250$ in a year or less if things work out...lets face it...CORX is not going to go to zero, we already established that it is a real company, and that a major multibillion dollar pharmacuetical company is partnering to them....that leaves very little downside at this point...I expect to see the stock more in the 1 1/2 -3 dollar range in the next couple of weeks after the NEXT deal is announced and they keep the Nasdaq listing....then you will all be groaning about how you could have bought so cheap just a few days ago.....I think the turbulent market conditions today overshadowed this deal for CORX...it will take a couple of days for the full importance to filter through to the stock price...be smart, BUY IT.....good luck........;^)
