I doubt it. The 2 companies have been working together for a long time, thus there is less propensity for a "culture-misfit", as in the case of other recent mega-mergers.

A large part of ASND facility is located in the Boston area. Geographically, they are essentially two east-coast companies. This is by no means a shot gun marriage.
