I don't know. The terms were not disclosed. But they won't get any money from IBM until they make the sales. And they may only get a small fraction and that could take awhile. Lots of other companies sell IBm's internet software.
I've seen alot of PR that mentions IBM and sometimes its not what it seems. IBM has thousands of resellers.
