About the TCI/ATT merger.....Anyone else out there getting bad vibes about the deal happening? I am starting to think that this deal will not come to be. I think that there will eventually be too much government regulation and indecision. I.E. like whats happening with the denial in the city of Portland.

Anyone have any opinions on this?
