WHY DON'T THEY FIX THE PROBLEMS???? Anything is fixable. What is the problem??? They seem to be making more money than they know what to do with. Are they not SMART ENOUGH to fix the trouble. Don't care??? What is the problem?? SOMEBODY can fix the web site and management problems. It HAS to be very poor management. I really feel sorry for the poor customer service reps that take the heat for all the problems caused by inept or non-caring management. FIX THE WEB SITE and you will not need so many customer service reps.
