I spoke with Chris Liston from LocalNet today. The conference call is aimed at their reps, but could be informative to analysts and others. I hoped for a press release, but he said not this time - in the works for later. Working on 10Q. Should keep them busy.

Expect continued rapid growth of representatives and revenue (I won't give his expectations because they just sound impossibly high). 1999 expected to be profitable. Primary income is Network Marketing segment. Says companies are coming to them saying "you've got captive audience - we want on your mall site".

See possibilities or gains in internet, video on demand, network computer. Also have long distance service as per press release info., and of course set top boxes that allow e-commerce (very important to LocalNet).

Teddy Turner is fully involved in this company and has 3 year employment contract. Yes, he is THE Ted Turner's son. You are right about Citadel.

Since tonight was not very well publicized, may not help for tomorrow, but the day is coming! Chris kept talking about billion dollar companies that they'll be like - from the sound of it, soon.

Don't mean to put too much hype in this. Just relaying his thoughts. I'll settle for rapid growth for now.
