You can pick 'em. But you gotta be in to win...as the saying goes.

KERA is a beauty. Strong steady uptrend with opportune pullbacks to support. It was on my buy list today, in part due to your DD, but its opening gap caused me to back off.

I am considering making it a rule that when a stock in a strong uptrend gaps up (and conversely for shorts), that one should watch and wait for the first 30 minutes of trading. If it is still going up, get in. If sellers are in control, then stay away. I learned this from Pristine Day Trading, and it is making more and more sense to me in this crazy market. Everything hot is gapping one way or the other, and if we are going to keep making money, we have got to find a way to trade them.
