If it doesn't get fixed to your satisfaction and it probably won't, read some of the prior posts.......do what you must to get them to answer to the SEC. It ain't that hard. Even if you get tied up in red tape......you will have cost them money...and sooner or later they will get noticed by the enforcers as being repeat offenders. The SEC is no less inclined to bite than the IRS.
