Craig, tomorrow could be tough also. Downgrade for YHOO, LCOS, XCIT
from Deutsche Bank

iionline.com

I have been in CMGI for over 2 years - ever since II recommended it. Stupid me
keeps taking profits instead of holding - my first purchase was at around $7.00 post
split.

I just entered my last sale at $133 into Quicken - right before it went to $260. No
more!

I am convinced about the net, I am convinced about CMGI and I am buying. Not
1000's of shares but hundreds. This puppy is core and moving to my IRA from trading
account. I have been chasing it for the last 2 days trying to buy under $90.00 with no
luck. Tomorrow I hope it tanks so I can take my fill - I will consider any price under
$100 a bargain. Why?

I am a computer programmer by day and probably an average middle class American.
I have more PC's then TV's and spend more on ISP's then cable TV. I have a cable
modem on trial and when I asked the family if I should return the modem and use the
money for other family entertaiment they said no. Collectively, we spend more time on
the net than with the TV. At the office, the use of the net in my day to day activity is
growing every month - from entering my hours to keeping up with company news and
getting/storing system documentation.

I feel this is only the beginning. It is reaching into by daily life and my professional life -
that is why I think MSFT is fighting so hard for their browser. And don't forget that
both MSFT and INTC are investors in CMGI, plus Paul Allen. This is not Y2K. The
use and importance of the net will grow dramatically and I think CMGI has the
management and expertise to be a major player.

I am not a very good trader and am more or less scared with every trade I do. But this
seems right to me and I am going with it.

Good luck to all - Marshall
