I finally got both monitors to work properly, and believe it or not, sharing the same IRQ.

Works really nice.
I had to go into the Bios and exclude all the C000 memory ranges and then put EmmExclude="C000-CFFF" in my system.ini file.

Also, beware that PCI is detected over AGP for most motherboards. So buying a fancy AGP board with a crappy PCI is like hiding the diamonds behind the poop.
