Daniel,

Yes, I remember very well that in our previous discussions, you suggested that we were better to wait untill the report is out.

I guess you are a truely beliver of CSCC. I think may be we should
look at how good products the company is making.

My understanding of CSCC is that the company makes simple ATM products
and Frame Relay products. They design the product at low cost especially if you calculated on per port basis. This is great when
the demand start to boom. ISP wants to have some thing cheap and
satisfy market initial needs. I think that is why CSCC can quickly
capture the market shares and became a favor of a lots investors.

Now, the market demand is changed. It required much better quality of
service, more features. The product has to change to meet the require-
ment. I suspect this might happening to them. CSCC recently addresses
QoS, and congestion control issues. I don't know if this is too late.
This is a good step forward to them for improving quality of product.

I think this is product transition year for CSCC. If they meet the
challenge, they will be strong for year to come.

Above is what I thought, please correct me if you feel different way.
I think the stock may have futher down to go. If the company turns out
OK, this is good time to buy.

Cheers
Mike
