Hi Cindy,
Yes, I have CPCI in my portfolio and it has given me cause to smile.
Sales up 116% vs year ago qtr and 24 cents/share in profits.
I dont know why they are doing a secondary offering, but my guess is
that they probably need the money for new product development.
Companies with a high stock price tend to do this instead of going
into debt. I am watching the stock carefully now. I expect the low
to be around 17 or so. If not, I may have to re-evaluate CPCI.
