After these dates the stock had little movement. Less than a point.

If your thinking of 10/15/97, there was an 8 point drop, from 38 to 30 - the beginning of the long suffering period.

I don't see the same thing happening here. SanDisk has now established it's place in a fast growing market, at this time Japan is not a major influence (negative), and there is no place to go but up when you look at SALES & PROFITS.
