I believe what happened concerning Scott @ IR is that he may not have thought he was going to get the imprimatur and so he told my contact that there might not be a release about the Wal-Mart shipment. He made it sound as if by now it wouldn't mean as much anyway and they were looking towards the next releases. At this point I think that both TCBG and Wal-Mart must have figured they should put something out or the phones would not stop ringing until they did. As for why Wal-Mart didn't give the Ok sooner is somewhat a mystery to me too but if I had to guess (and I do) I would say they wanted to make sure that most if not all of the superstores had the product in them. As for Jordan: he is a friend of mine who like myself has a rather sizeable stake in the company. He is in touch with the company on a regular basis and his information can be relied upon. He posts onto Microcapchat.com. I have only one out of two of the companies that TCBG is supposedly going to be doing business with but let's keep in mind that I will have to call it a rumor for now.
