Good luck with Cortex...I owned that one for
awhile too, even pulled a decent trade out of
it...but finally decided that I had enough
neuro stocks. I wonder what the reason could
be for the CORX run up today--the hearing with
Nasdaq is on Friday yes...maybe there is a rumor?
(checking)
Oh I see now, they have a partner for CX516
biz.yahoo.com
...then why only the run up 50%? I should have
thought that was what everybody was waiting for?

You know I don't think that there are that many
clinical trial for Alzheimers going on, even
less than for Parkinson's disease...I'm surprised
it didn't at least double today.

Oh and I see now that the deal is not for
Alzheimers but for Schizophrenia and Depression,
maybe that explains it--very competitive markets
for those...not the holy grail.

Still, with the partner, I should think they wont
delist it...and if/when it stays listed on Nasdaq,
then I'll bet it doubles.

I beleive the other players with trials for
Alzheimers are Elan, Neotherapeutics (NEOT),
Neurocrine (NBIX), and the two I have, Sibia
(SIBI) and Neurobiological Technologies/Merz
(NTII).

There are probably a few more--who can keep track!
