Andrew, I like your approach, conservative. If the company is lucky, if out of the 900,000 membership if only 20% of them actually make a sale to 20% of the people they offer the card to and assuming they each see on average 36 households or business and they only sell 1 card per each successful contact that works out to 1,296,000 cards.
[900,000 X 0.20 = 180,000 sales persons X 36 contacts = 6,480,000 X 0.20 success rate = 1,296,000 cards @ 10.99 per card = $14,243,040.00 to be shared between TSIG and Babe Ruth Leagues
And, that's with only a 20% success rate.
