Larry, today's action looked like profit taking. The chart did indicate short term weakness, but there was some strength at the end. The closing price was right on the 13 day ema.

I haven't done much DD on VRIO, but the 144s could be filings from from former insiders or filings from people that were paid for services in the form of stock, perhaps at the time of the IPO.
