Both have the backing of CBS, and both are content providers. SPLN has a market cap of under $600 million. Do the math. MKTW is not a portal, nor is it an e-commerce play. After MTKW trades there will be no reason to own DBCC. If you love MTKW you will buy MTKW, not DBCC. MIKE
