Bruce---Have you checked some of the other net stocks lately? With the recent runup in prices we've seen, many of them have plenty of insider selling. Also, management holds more than 50% of OMKT's outstanding shares. I don't see that as the big issue here. I think they entered the market early, spent large amounts of money on R&D, and the share price suffered, because they missed earnings---now they are restructuring, releasing new products, and expanding their customer base. OMKT was upgraded today, by one analyst---earnings are expected to improve, I see this as a great buying opportunity at this price. Jan
