Hi All, Thought I'd share my recent experiences with you concerning Greenline's MicroMax and WebBroker. We all have complained about the speed of transactions or even the ability to enter an order on WebBroker - it stinks!.....Even my new cable connection hasn't improved the access time with WebBroker. I thought I'd give MicroMax a try again today, especially since I have that modem just sitting there, doing nothing.......believe it or not, it worked like a charm........much faster than WebBroker or phone in orders to Greenline.......with a bit of practice, I was able to enter orders within a 1 minute lapse from dial-up to hang-up.....of course, execution time at Greenline's end did not change but at least I gained on the entry time! If I had only one telephone/modem connection, I don't think I'd drop off the net to just place an order as I find it essential to monitor SW while I'm placing an order.......for those in the enviable situation of having a dual capability ie telephone & cable modems, I certainly recommend that you give it a try!......don't know how this would work with the new ASDL lines..... This may be one of the strongest reasons yet for a cable modem connection......at least it appears that way for me!..... Any comments?
