I agree the portal is big. Not sure it's new news, I believe Ariella had a post mentioning it though I hadn't heard an announcement before. The question is, how much incremental investment will be needed to get it up and running? They definitely will need a secondary, preferably with a big name. But unless I'm missing something they can call the warrants on 1/29 (if the price stays over $7.20 til then) and get a cool $5.95 million (maybe a little less if any have already been exercised, but even that would have been cash in in January). Not enough to own the world, but should get them through the next few months even at full speed ahead. This company's limped along on inadequate financing to get to the point where the market's ready for what it's been quietly doing for five years. Now they've got a decent (if still undervalued) stock price and should be able to raise quite a bit more equity at a reasonable cost. More power to those of us who got in early!
