Herb,

I understand your point, and might even agree with it intellectually, but my emotional accounting would not count it as a success if it is bought out at 12, and the acquirer triples in the next year. ANCR owes me, not the acquirer. It's between ANCR and me, and I don't want anyone else to pay off their debts.
