While low profit margins are a reality for most OEM suppliers, I certainly do not believe this is a dead end for Iomega. In the last CC, Dan Strong stated, "Gross margin as a percentage of sales should continue to increase in future quarters as cost cutting exceeds price cuts." It is clear to me that management has a plan and expects to deliver improving GMs.
