Hello Charles...Mr Tilton has told us there will be no reverse split
on GMCH or TNRG for that matter. CHIF had circumstances which he felt required a reverse to bring the stock to the $5 debenture exercise price in order to get the brewery on his books. The O/S shares is approximately 77 mil with about 13 mil in float.
