Simon Yu, I have been with etrade for 2 1/2 years. I opened a simple for our business with schwab first of this year. It took a while to access the site but after that I traded ok. There were no confirmations till late though. I called schwab when my account said it held no securities. He said to handle demand they may have that part of the system shut down. Etrade was terrible as usual. Couldn't access real time system or even bring up screeens most of the time. I think they are just letting everyone get use to the bad service. I hope they never shut down the old site its the only one that works most of the time Whiskey
