After further research this has got to be the Teltek Digitcom has performed a JV with. I urge everyone to go to this site and read it. It definitely fit's the picture of what we are trying to accomplish! teltek.com.tw

A couple excerpts from the site, and yes it is the Avant Garde City Group. And Little Coffee they are by far struggling!

Avant Garde City Group is an international conglomerate with
core businesses in telecommunications, broadcasting, information
systems, trading and retail sales. Based in Los Angeles,
California, AGCG also operates offices in Taipei, Kaohsiung,
Shanghai, Beijing, and San Diego.
This diversification accentuates AGCG's commitment to building
synergies betweeen technology and applications and maintaining
a leading position in the high-tech revolution taking place
throughout the Pacific Rim.

Through consolidation and growth, AGCG has solidified its position at the forefront of the most dynamic industries in the Pacific Rim. AGCG's strategic advantage grows out of synergies the Group has built between telecommunications, broadcasting and information systems, and a trans-Pacific position it has developed through core businesses in the U.S., Taiwan and Mainland China. The Group's rapid growth through the 1990's indicates that AGCG has found a unique formula for success.

Mark
