David, glad to you ya around...was a little worried about ya. My full service broker busts his @ss for me. He will get the answer to anything, but in the case of TBR I never felt strongly enough on the crazy dividend issue to devote his time to it. I'll tell ya one thing...everytime we see a flurry of market panic I can get my broker in 30 seconds. He actually called me and got me out of bed this morning at 8:45. sf
