JW, We were using an LS-120 , and your question has gotten me trying to remember if I have ever used one "first time thru'", and I think my Dad's box I worked that way. I keep returning to the fact that we can't get past the IDE ini process, the first device of which is the HD. Before not reading what is on a drive, LS-120 or HD, this box isn't getting thru' basic hardware ini. On the next attempt their will be a floppy there as well. Will definitely cover these bases, you might be getting warm. Sowbug, Will do a visual recheck also. Thanks for the input, keep 'em coming. mowa
