So let me get this straight. One day Sylver gets this brainstorm: "Hey, maybe if I speculate Janice Shell works for the Defendants, the judge will reject the Motion to Dismiss! Like, what are the odds a busy man like that might actually bother to verify if that's true. Like, so what if I have to submit a signed affidavit, I'm just speculating!"

Of course I'm just speculating Sylver said that. I really think based on Spidey's numerous posts on the subject that Sylver really believes it.
