I'd wait just a bit, but keep a VERY close eye on the OSX and see what it is doing. ALL Oils are controlled by it, and nothing else. Don't let anybody tell you otherwise. Oh sure, some other factors might drive it (NE) up or down for a couple of days, but all oils follow the OSX. I am looking to get more, but not for a few days. And don't even try to time the bottom - you'll be chasing your tail. Figure out what you think is a fair price (everybody's 'fair' price is different, and 'as low as i can get it for' is seldom hit, so just average in.
