<<McGinn is the man. Frankly, not to sorry to see Mory go. Was never really CEO material IMO.>>

At least give the guy some credit for negotiating and winning a great offer that was apparently more than what most ASND shareholders dreamed for. Also, he helped in making ASND that formidable company on the leading edge of technology; why would LU pay that hefty premium if not for that? Many CEOs would kill to achieve a fraction of what ASND achieved with Mory! Fairness is a great virtue.

<<McGinn is doing most of the talking. Mory stumbled through a few words as usual. Pretty much the usual merger fluff. Nothing we don't already know. But McGinn is certainly the Chambers type guy that Mory never was.>>

If you are referring to his heavy accent or not being as fluent as McGinn and Chambers, it is obviously because English is a second language to him. We do not invest in ASND, LU, or CSCO based on the linguistic skills of their CEOs. Bring me the best English speaker in the world; I will not invest in his company unless it has a sound financial state and great future prospects. We are interested in the CEO's vision and management skills rather than his linguistic abilities.

Regards,

Hisham
