Interesting how some people put a spin on things. While there was the ratings downgrade, I think DIS held up very well for the down market. I wouldn't say it fell because of the rating change, as was written. I would love to hear what "pretty ugly" relates to! I'm a long term investor with DIS and don't usually post, but I was very pleased that DIS closed at 36 1/8 and found the wording of this last post a bit misleading. Back to lurking... :) Judith
