Steven: From the last news release, management stated that no reasonable offer was made to JV/or/buyout the property. TVX GOLD was probably the major involved. TVX new Solidor was cash strapped and would not be able to fill another financing to further the required prospecting on the property. Result: restructure and re-assess. Only move possible. Lets hope they can raise the funds necessary to drill the property and find out if there is enough gold there to make a mine. FYI read the Dec 5th News Release from Canada Stockwatch. Preliminary results are encouraging. All the Best! Rick.
