I stopped by that Teltek address you gave me in Anaheim, on my way home tonight. The address you gave me, 1842 W. Lincoln, Anaheim (it's just west of Euclid), turns out to be the address of a tiny office for a LA Cellular dealer called CPC Discount Wireless Shoppe, which corresponds to what I found when I called the number in the press release, (714) 284-0899 and they answered "CPC" (I thought it was a wrong number at the time), and the fact that Teltek is registered as a reseller of cellular service by the California PUC. There was nothing about the place that suggested that they would be a telecom provider to China. It's actually in a complex of one story offices for doctors and dentists called "Lincoln Medical & Professional Center". From what I saw up there, I'm even more skeptical of DGIV. By some coincidence though, the song "Won't get fooled again" by The Who was playing on the radio, when I was at the Anaheim location of Teltek.
