PD: The good thing about WOOD is that this is a fully reporting company. If WOOD issues stock, or dliutes in some manner, we get to read about it. After the fact, natch, but it is there on paper, in back and white, and that makes me feel a little better.
I feel that the dilution that Madera undertook of its stock was a) Regrettable b) Excessive due to the ridiculously low price of the stock, but c) UTTERLY necessary to ensure the survival of the company.
I amend that...some of the payments in stock were to stock promoters who sold their stock and did nothing for it. That dilution was utterly useless.
If in the documents coing out, we see that Madera is STILL diluting the stock after the advent of profitable operations, I will have to sigh and say you are right. But until then, I give the company the benefit of the doubt.
We may have an answer to the stock dilution question today, PD...I know the website got a major facelift overnight.
