Christian, You better speak with a lawyer because your attempts at indemnification don't hold water. This post to which I'm responding clearly demonstrates your lack of understanding. "IMO" or in my opinion is a very shallow defense especially when such a defense doesn't apply and when it isn't clearly stated with a disclaimer at the bottom of each post. I can not state something untrue about you or any person /company whether it is my opinion or not. Stating untruths is defamation or libel. Stating unsubstantiated or unverifiable "truths" are blatant attempts at manipulation whether they are simply "your opinion" or not "your opinion". Again please provide evidence and not hearsay or theory to your claims that "..The big co's are all short...." Thank you and sincerely, ztect, Esquire
