Tim, here's an earlier post from Raleigh that addresses your question about shares

Dave, Just to be on the safe side, because of a recent controversy on another stock, I

just called the transfer agent for FTEL. Register & Transfer Company 1.800.368.5948

Michael Jones Administrator.

Drum Roll ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ (those were drum beats)

11, 715, 635 shares outstanding.

403 shareholders of record

avg shareholder owns 29, 290 shares

Andre's post regarding the stock price trending downhill, got me to thinking (thanks

Andre) so I called.

But the real information to be culled out of the above is this. Because this stock is tight,

and no volume, it doesn't take a lot to drop it. Especially when we have some

shareholders with sizeable positions.

That's the downside.

But it also works in reverse, that the good news. Plus the fact that we haven't had a

tremendous dilution, and have acquired several ISP's, and had two PP's since the 9

mill mark, I'd say that some pretty frugal spending of shares.

Hats off to Frank, he gets the spendthrift award of the year.

RB

Hope that helps k

David D.
