I liked your response also. But unforetunatly as you said it is just a personal hunch, and I have been lamenting about the swings from optimism and pessimism for two years now with a nice 5 figure loss, (much of it do to so much optimism that I purchased calls, numerous times.)
As I was thinking about my investment, and this board, and the back and forth bickering, and the excellent "manefesto", and the coming annual meeting, and the comments made that Lev is not going to annouce PO's, that he is just going to let the stock speak for itself, and screw you small shareholders, it appeared to me that he sure as shit didn't have that attitude with CC, or Carl Berg, or Shugart, or the investment bankers who went over to NI. No I bet he had a much more open attitude, and was willing to share much more information. Sure I understand "once bit twice shy", but I don't give a damn, I want to know what the hell happened with the analysts meeting, I want to know why CC changed the financing terms, I want to know when a PO is issued or a contract signed, and as a shareholder I deserve to know. You can bet CC will know, and Shugart, and Berg will know. I think Lev is setting himself up for more lawsuits if those other mentioned parties know and I the small investor am not informed. YES I AM MAD AS HELL, I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE!
But instead of complaining I have a suggestion. I am suggesting this because of the motivation I received after reading the "manefesto" by LWS, which I thought was excellent.
I imigine all told, if we brought all the members on this board who are long, and their friends, we could come close to 500,000 shares, maybe a bit more. I suggest we set up a group that represents us shareholders, that we formally advise VLNC, that we elect a couple of spokespeople, my vote would be Larry and LWS and I.N. Vestor, and that they go to the stockholders meeting, and they get answers to our questions, that we come up with on this thread. I would suggest that those questions be given to Lev in private, rather than on the record at the stockholders meeting. I want answers to my questions, I don't want fodder for another stockholders' suit.
I am sick of being passive, I want to take a proactive stance, and I would be open to any other suggestions that brings this group together so that we are more than individual small investors. I am willing to fax a copy of my year end brokerage statement showing my 11,000 share holdings. (Of course, other informaion would be blocked out.)
I know that if we were to have indiviuals at the meeting which represented 500,00 shares, or more, that we would get much better treatment than the treatment we are getting. And we deserve better treatment than, "I am not going to say anything, let the stock speak for itself".
Enough of my blabering, lets here what the participants have to say, (I have to go to work.)
